Realitas Infinitas is a product-oriented software company. A human founder owns the vision, trade-offs, and accountability; AI agents act as amplifiers in the workshop—helping draft code, explore designs, and stress-test ideas. What we ship still has to meet the same bar: systems that combine technical precision, usability, and long-term maintainability — so the software you rely on today can still make sense years from now.

Our work in healthcare is Clinic today: patient registration, profiles, medical histories, and clinical records—structured information and clear workflows.

Leadership

Direction and accountability stay human. Alongside that, we use AI agents deliberately—where they speed up iteration, surface alternatives, and keep the codebase moving—while a senior engineer reviews every meaningful change. Facundo Alvez is a software engineer with over a decade of experience building healthcare technology solutions for the U.S. market. His work spans software development, product strategy, integrations, automation, revenue cycle workflows, and business-critical systems.

Cursor is where most of this repository lives day to day: multi-file edits, refactors, terminal-aware agents, and context pulled from the codebase so changes stay coherent. It is the cockpit for turning intent into commits—always reviewed, always owned by a human before anything reaches production.

Reasoning, research & language partner

ChatGPT helps us think in prose—clarifying requirements, tightening copy across locales, comparing trade-offs, and sanity-checking explanations before they meet customers. It is a conversational layer on top of domain knowledge we already carry; it does not decide what we ship.
